El Faro unit Reef 401 offers authentic beachfront living with 3 full bedrooms and en suite bathrooms, a beachfront terrace with plunge pool, ocean view, lounge chairs, and dining set. The master bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen offer ocean views, and all of the condo bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master suite includes a king-size bed, and the first guest suite a double bed, plus the second guest suite with 2 single beds. If you rent a car, there is parking onsite for $20 USD per night (reservation required).
In Spanish, El Faro means lighthouse, and the distinct Playa del Carmen lighthouse is located on the corner of this property and has been a beacon and a landmark for decades. The lovely El Faro infinity pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas is a perfect way to laze around all day. If you’d like to dip in the warm ocean, the beachfront property offers easy access to the soft white sand. The El Faro Condos are located on 10th Street and the beach, only 2 blocks (a 1-minute walk) from the mile-long pedestrian boulevard, 5th Avenue, with it’s myriad of dining and shopping options.

Rentals of 1-4 months: Rate is plus electricity and a $1,000 USD security deposit.
Rentals of 4-6 months: Rate is plus electricity, TV, internet, water, and a $1,000 USD security deposit.
